Indoor Vendor Reservations

A sample process for indoor booth applications, review, insurance, payment, and setup.

Demo only: fictional vendor records, no messages are sent, and payment buttons do not charge anyone. Rates below are copied from the 2026 indoor application for illustration; update them for each fair.

Apply for an indoor booth

Tell us about your business and what you plan to sell. The coordinator reviews each application before offering a space.

What happens after you apply?

  1. The coordinator reviews your application and contacts you about approval and available booth space.
  2. If approved, the coordinator confirms the booth, price, deposit amount, payment instructions, and deadlines. Your space is reserved after approval and the required deposit is recorded.
  3. Send your certificate of insurance by the final payment deadline, or ask the coordinator about the fair insurance option.
  4. After payment and insurance are complete, the coordinator confirms your reservation and sends setup instructions.

For the 2026 Fall Fair, the form lists general rates of $450 per 10 × 10 booth and $900 per 10 × 20 booth, a 50% deposit, a $90 fair insurance option, and final payment and insurance due October 20, 2026. Rates and deadlines may change for another fair; the coordinator must confirm them before applications open. Card payments are coordinated with the coordinator and may include a processing fee. Do not enter card details here.

Cancellation and booth terms

Read the 2026 cancellation, setup, and rental terms

To request cancellation, email the coordinator by the applicable deadline; calling is recommended to confirm receipt. The 2026 form lists a 50% refund for cancellations by October 20 and no refund after October 20. Setup, booth conduct, insurance, liability, and fair schedule terms are described in the current application. The coordinator should attach or link the approved terms for each fair before launch.

Example: what a vendor sees after applying

Based on the fair’s vendor information page, indoor application page, and 2026 indoor application. The public pages should be reconciled with the current application before launch.
